Your impact:
We’re looking for a hybrid QA Engineer / Business Analyst to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats—someone who ensures the product is robust and reliable, while also helping to shape it through structured requirements gathering and communication.
Your team:
You will work closely with our Full Stack Engineer and Product Manager (also our CTO) to ensure our solutions are well-defined, thoroughly tested, and aligned with our business goals.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution.
- Collaborate with engineers during development to provide feedback and test edge cases.
- Maintain QA documentation and test plans as the product evolves.
Business Analysis
- Partner with the Product Manager to gather, document, and analyze product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Help validate that features meet the needs of customers and business stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical team members.
- Participate in user interviews or feedback sessions when needed.
- Provide insights to help improve our delivery process and product quality.
Your ideal profile:
- Thai nationals only.
- 2+ years of experience in QA, business analysis, or a hybrid product-focused role.
- Experience with QA tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium, Cypress, TestRail, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment.
- Nice to have experience with automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
- Exposure to customer-facing digital products, especially kiosks or AI-driven platforms or UX or usability testing experience.
