Your impact:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with enterprise customers to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. By combining your expertise in data technologies with Amity’s product capabilities, you’ll help customers unlock the full potential of their data to achieve their business objectives.

Your team:

Our team supports enterprise customers by delivering robust analytics solutions that integrate seamlessly with Amity’s products. We foster a data-first culture, enabling organizations to make informed, data-driven decisions that drive success.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations aligned with their business goals.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports that visualize key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify data requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Work with engineering teams to improve data integration and pipeline efficiency.
  • Document findings and present them effectively to customer stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with data analytics trends and recommend innovations to enhance customer solutions.

Your ideal profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer-facing or enterprise environment.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Able to write effective prompts for Generative AI to assist in analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
  • Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to clearly communicate complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in English, and Thai is a strong advantage.
