Role Overview: Amity Solutions is seeking a strategic and experienced Lead Project Manager to lead our delivery team. In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation and ongoing success of Amity Solutions’s product suite for clients across various industries. You’ll be responsible for defining service strategies, optimizing delivery processes, driving customer satisfaction, and managing a high-performing team of consultants, project managers, business analysts, and technical experts.

Your team:

You will oversee a cross-functional team of 10–15 professionals, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and QA specialists, responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing success of Amity’s product suite.

This is a leadership role that combines delivery excellence, team management, and strategic oversight to ensure clients achieve their business outcomes through our solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Professional Services organization in alignment with company goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of project managers, solution consultants, and technical delivery professionals.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience and delivery alignment.

  • Project Delivery & Client Success
    • Oversee end-to-end project delivery ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality implementations.
    • Serve as an executive sponsor on strategic accounts, managing escalations and ensuring long-term success.
    • Develop and maintain best practices for project governance, documentation, and quality assurance.

  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and improve key delivery metrics including utilization, margin, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and project health.
    • Build and optimize scalable processes, tools, and methodologies that support delivery excellence and innovation.
    • Drive continuous improvement in service offerings and delivery models, including managed services and post-go-live support.

  • Revenue Growth & Business Development
    • Partner with Sales and Pre-sales to support strategic deals, develop scope of work (SOW), and ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through professional service engagements.
    • Develop service packages and pricing models to drive revenue and meet evolving client needs.

Your ideal profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, customer delivery, or consulting within a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-million dollar projects across multiple geographies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage P&L, forecast resource needs, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working with global clients and cross-cultural teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, and Thai is a strong advantage.
