Your impact:

To successfully implement new AI features, maintain existing systems, and support our Voice Bot platform, we require a Senior AI Engineer with expertise in managing complex, AI-driven microservices. Our platform consists of multiple components.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, and inference.
  • Train and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for real-world applications
  • Build and deploy RESTful APIs in Python to integrate AI models into production environments.
  • Optimize inference performance for high-load systems handling 500K–1M requests per day.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Hugging Face for rapid prototyping.
  • Design end-to-end AI architectures from data collection to model deployment on GCP environments.
  • Use GCP tools (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI) for model hosting and scalability.
  • Automate data workflows and ensure quality with structured pipelines and validation checks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered product features and tools.
  • Generate AI-driven design solutions and visual renderings for technical and creative applications.
  • Monitor model performance and conduct experiments to improve speed, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Implement best practices in MLOps for versioning, reproducibility, and continuous deployment.
  • Explore NLP and ASR technologies to expand model capability and accuracy.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction and code reviews.

Your ideal profile:

  • Advanced proficiency in Python with clean, modular, and scalable code practices.
  • Solid experience working with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) in production-level environments.
  • Deep knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models.
  • Familiarity with modern Generative AI ecosystems and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Skilled in using cloud platforms (preferably GCP) with focus on scalability and performance tuning.
  • Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds
