Your impact:

As a Senior Research Engineer on our Generative AI Labs Team, you will be at the forefront of research and development in generative AI. Your mission is to transform breakthrough research into scalable, production-ready solutions that empower our enterprise customers. You will lead experimental initiatives, collaborate with a global network of experts, and contribute to the open-source community, driving innovation across our product suite.

Your team:

We're building a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible with generative AI — and we're looking for passionate researchers and engineers to join us.

On our team, you’ll:

  • Spearhead cutting-edge research in generative AI — from language models and image generation to multi-modal systems that blend the two and beyond.

  • Design and prototype novel AI architectures and algorithms that don’t just follow the latest trends, but set them.

  • Translate research into impact, turning your breakthroughs into real-world software solutions and scalable production systems used by thousands (or millions).

  • Collaborate across disciplines, working closely with product teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure your work makes it into the hands of users in a meaningful way.

  • Stay plugged into the global AI community, contributing to top conferences and publications while also bringing back fresh insights to inspire the team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead research initiatives focused on generative AI, exploring new methodologies and technologies.
  • Develop and experiment with advanced models using frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformer.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate research prototypes into real-world applications.
  • Analyze experimental results, iterate on model designs, and ensure the performance, efficiency, and reliability of AI systems.
  • Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research trends and propose actionable strategies to enhance our technological capabilities.

Your ideal profile:

We’re especially excited to connect with candidates who bring a proven track record in Generative AI, machine learning, or NLP — whether that’s through published papers, patents, a thesis, or a portfolio of successful projects. If you’ve contributed to advancing the field, we’d love to see it. Show us your GitHub, your arXiv page, your research blog — anything that reflects your curiosity and impact

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master’s degree, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and evaluating AI systems, along with an understanding of cutting-edge AI research is desirable.
  • Experience in training, fine-tuning, and/or experimenting with LLM / ML models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Experience working with enterprise-level applications is an advantage.
  • Native Thai with Fluent in English is highly desirable.
