Your impact:

  • Manage voice bot projects from end to end by planning project timelines with comprehensive activity tasks to ensure timely delivery while covering the full project scope.
  • As a Project Manager, you will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly. Your role may also require making critical decisions, identifying solutions to challenges, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Your team:

  • You will be joining the Amity Accentix: Professional Services team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Analyzing RFPs, TORs, and requirements to define project scope, estimate effort, and develop detailed project plans.
  • Coordinating clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project document, including hand over delivered projects to Application Support.
  • Initiate or recommend features to improve our product, client's experience.
  • The PM role includes designing voice bot flows and communicating with clients to create workflows that mirror real operations.

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business Administrations, Data Science preferred).
  • At least 1 year experience as application support, customer success, or customer facing roles
  • Strong client-facing skills with a clear, professional communication style
  • Native Thai speaker with proficiency in English
  • Good adaptive to learn new computer software and become proficient at user-level (non-technical)
  • Capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously. with ownership mindset, able to investigate basic issues independently
  • Basic knowledge of technology or AI
  • Bonus skill: Experience using help desk software, remote support tools, voicebot or chatbot industries
