Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for the end to end management of the recruitment journey with strong focus on candidate quality, time to hire and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to deeply understand technical/culture/team-fit requirements of the roles and their functions
  • Develop and drive actions to build strong talent pipelines, selection strategies and recruit at pace
  • Find, engage, and attract both passive and active candidates through a wide range of search and advertising techniques
  • Track pipeline activity to share insights and report regularly on progress to internal stakeholders and hiring partners
  • Deliver seamless candidate experience and recommend and drive process improvements
  • Research and provide market insight to the hiring manager to plan recruitment strategies
  • Responsible for branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing campaigns to promote Amity Solutions as an Employer of choice

    Your ideal profile:

    • 2+ years of experience in full cycle of the recruitment process. Preferrable in Saas, Tech Industry
    • Prior knowledge of operating applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates
    • Proven success in sourcing and attracting candidates through direct headhunting strategies
    • Excellent time management and workload prioritization
    • Ability to partner with hiring managers of varying seniority
    • Strong verbal and written skills in BOTH Thai and English languages
    • Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job board
    • Growth mindset who prefers to work as a good team player is preferable
    • Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
