Your impact:

  • In this position, you will join the product team of Amity Solution AI Platform, our fastest-growing product powered by generative AI. Amity Solution AI Platform is a centerpiece that enables enterprises to leverage generative AI technology. We provide businesses with a solution to build their own generative AI quickly, with no code.
  • We love making things work for our customers - however, there will be times when we need to negotiate and find the best win-win alternatives that would allow us to overcome obstacles.
  • We emphasize research, collaboration, and proper technical design over plain coding. We believe high-quality systems start from proper preparation and thorough architectural design.

Your team:

  • Our team's goal is to design and develop products that add value to our clients. We foster innovative solutions that push the limit of our product and are the lead in the industry.
  • Our leadership team, which will coach you, consists of our Group CTO and CTO, who is an AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional - and our Project Advisor - who has more than 20 years of enterprise project management experience.
  • Our product team runs on a sprint basis following agile methodology.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Working with internal teams and clients to understand the desired function of AI assistants and modifying the prompts accordingly.
  • Analyzing and understanding the requirements of AI assistants
  • Designing and developing prompts that are effective and efficient
  • Testing and refining prompts to ensure that they produce the desired results
  • Working with internal teams and clients to ensure that we are able to get clean, well-structured data for ingestion to use with LLMs. This will involve: Cleaning and wrangling data provided by internal teams and clients
  • Ensuring that data is in a format that is compatible with LLMs
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines

Your ideal profile:

  • B.S. in a related field e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Financial Management, etc.
  • Fluent in both English and Thai
  • Has interest or understanding in the large language model (LLMs) landscape, prompt engineering, data wrangling and data cleaning
  • Proficient with Google Productivity Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Sound logic, analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently or with a team and is a confident communicator who can tell a story!
