Your impact: As our company continues to expand its AI capabilities, we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of new AI features, maintain our existing systems, and provide critical support for our Voice Bot platform. This platform is a complex ecosystem with multiple microservices and various AI-driven components, including:

    • ASR – Converting speech to text with high accuracy.
    • To ensure the seamless operation of these components, they must work orchestrated within strict time constraints, maintaining low latency and high performance.
    • NLU – Interpreting user intent and extracting relevant information.
    • TTS – Generating natural and expressive voice responses.
    • GenAI – Enhancing responses with intelligent, contextualized conversations.

    • Our team's goal is to design and implement the right system that balances between product capability and customer requirement. We foster innovative solution that pushes the limit of our product to meet customer expectation.
    • Our leadership team who will coach you consists of our CTO who certifies AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional certification - and our Project Advisor - who has more than 20 years of enterprise project management experience.

    Your day-to-day responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.JS, Express, and MongoDB.
    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
    • Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
    • Ensure that all development practices and processes comply with SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO 27001 standards, where applicable.

    Your ideal profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fields.
    • Minimum of 5 years of programming experience with a focus on backend development using Node.JS, Express, and MongoDB.
    • Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and security best practices.
    • Experience with SOC 2 Type 2 or ISO 27001 is a plus. Familiarity with AI and voice bot technologies is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
    • Must be native in Thai
