Your impact:
- This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s growth and success by driving strategic initiatives across development, performance management, and employee engagement. Collaborating closely with the Head of People and Business Unit Heads, the position will lead the design and execution of impactful HR programs, from talent development and succession planning to performance management systems. By fostering a positive organizational culture and aligning HR strategies with business needs, this role ensures the company's workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to excel, contributing directly to long-term organizational effectiveness.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
This position will be working closely with Head of People and Head of each business unit which is required skill, knowledges and experiences as follows:
Developments;
- Develop & implement comprehensive organization development strategies to enhance overall performance & effectiveness.
- Leading the design and implementation of HRD programs, including training and development, competency development, and career path planning.
- Create Human Resources Development Program/Method to drive employee performance development and support business requirement.
- Collaborate with leaderships to identify and address organizational needs through targeted interventions and initiatives.
- Work closely with Business Unit Head to align organization development efforts with broader HR strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement talent development programs.
- Managing talent and successor planning processes to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Development & continuously improve the Company's seniority job grade
Performance Management;
- Conduct thorough organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Develop performance management system as well as update internal pracitice and conduct communication to all employee
Engagement, Internal Communications & Cultures;
- Analyze employee engagement data and provide recommendations for enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Planning and executing company-wide activities and events that promote employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Handling all benefit & welfare and ensure that provided package is still competitive.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRD and/or HROD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and very postive enegetic person
- Be able to be trainer for soft skill courses is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A good command of English, proficient both Thai and English presentation
- Strong knowledge in OD such as PMS, Competency, KPIs, OKRs, Employee engagement , Career path, Retaintion management, Talent Management,.etc.
